Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or related field preferred This role will focus on developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and related documentation for SAP-enabled and operational business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments and the ability to translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and job aids Document SAP-enabled and operational business processes Collaborate with SMEs and Value Stream Leads to capture workflows and process details Support QMS document revisions and ETQ document migration activities Participate in workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT readiness activities Ensure documentation consistency, version control, and compliance standards Support training, go-live preparation, and operational sustainment Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of technical writing or process documentation experience Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Quality environments Strong understanding of operational workflows and SOP documentation Experience working with SMEs to gather and validate business requirements Excellent written communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Visio preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SAP implementations Experience with ETQ or similar document management systems Knowledge of inventory, warehouse, procurement, and production processes Experience supporting UAT, training documentation, or go-live readiness Manufacturing industry experience preferred Understanding of Mandarin and/or written Chinese preferred Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
