239 We are hiring a Technology Lead - Automotive Telematics.

Location:

Plano, TX 75024 (Onsite)

Duration:

3 Months We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and DevOps support environments. The ideal candidate should have strong production support experience and bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and document cases in JIRA and PagerDuty
• Review and triage escalated service and support requests
• Manage the end-to-end Change Request lifecycle ensuring process adherence
• Categorize and prioritize change requests based on business impact and urgency
• Provide production support and incident management for P1/P2 issues
• Support on-call rotations during weekends and holidays
• Validate developed products and services using available tools and best practices

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of IT experience (10+ preferred)
• Proficiency in Japanese and English communication
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), MongoDB, Datadog
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with JIRA, PagerDuty, and DevOps automation tools
