Actuarial Analyst, Senior Blue Shield of CA United States, California, Oakland 601 12th Street (Show on map) Aug 05, 2026 Your Role The Large Group Pricing team partners with Underwriting, Product and Rating Systems to provide accurate premium pricing for our largest fully insured customers. The Actuarial Analyst - Senior role will report to the Senior Manager of Large Group Pricing. In this role you will support and lead various projects while developing new technical/Actuarial, communication and leadership skills. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a college degree with at least a minor in mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalent business experience Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional actuarial experience Requires an ASA designation or has completed the majority of the courses to complete the ASA designation Large Group Pricing experience is preferred Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need. #LI-CS1
