Launch Your Actuarial Career with Mapfre Mapfre Insurance is seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious college students to join our Actuarial Summer Internship Program for a 10-week internship from June 6th - August 13th in Webster, Massachusetts. As an Actuarial Intern, you'll contribute to real business initiatives with lasting impact, gain insight into multiple actuarial functions, and expand your professional network through job shadowing, cross-functional collaboration, and interaction with leaders across the organization. What You'll Do Analyze large datasets and provide actionable business insights Assist in building, enhancing, and refining actuarial models and tools Present findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership Collaborate with actuarial professionals and cross-functional teams on strategic business projects Participate in actuarial and insurance training sessions, networking opportunities, and community volunteer activities What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Completion of at least one actuarial exam Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or SAS is a plus Why Choose Mapfre?
