Step into a role where you can contribute to our shared success through meaningful work. Job Summary Perform preliminary reserving and/or pricing analysis. Gathers data, data clean-up and basic analysis for insurance products. Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities Develops and analyzes facts in order to assist others in developing rates, performing competitive analysis and setting loss reserves. Compiles data, performs statistical analysis and summarizes results. Verifies rate tables are accurate for implementation for policy administration system. Develops good working knowledge of the insurance business. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area Completion of one to two actuarial exams (preferred) Basic computer software programming skills Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Possesses pattern-recognition skill and logic-based thinking Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.
