Warren Averett is seeking an experienced remote valuation specialist for our Birmingham, AL office. The ideal candidate will possess their CPA license and have more than 3 years of experience. Responsibilities Perform and review documentation for various Business Valuations, including: Purchase Price Allocations Compensation Analysis with Stock Options ESOP Analysis Marital dissolution Business Combinations Assist with fraud, forensic accounting, and litigation support engagements Preferred experience: T&E experience Experience with Option Pricing Modeling and they can perform a back solve and equity allocation Purchase Price Allocation / Intangible asset valuation experience Develop skills to attract new clients and market the company's services and products and facilitate expansion of business with existing clients Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with more than 3 years of experience in audit or consulting 2 or more years of experience performing valuations Possession of CPA Possession and/or be eligible to obtain CVA and/or ABV designation, preferred Excellent interpersonal skills in working with staff and clients. Ability to provide guidance and direction to department staff who are not direct reports. Warren Averett is an equal opportunity employer.
