Hybrid Job Description A Mindlance client is looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach to provide strategic and hands-on leadership responsible for enabling Agile adoption, standardized ways of working, and improve delivery outcomes across teams supporting key initiatives such as Agile Acceleration and Project Mosaic. This role partners with Teams and leaders to improve execution, increase predictability, and enable scalable Agile practices that support the client goals. The Agile Coach enables consistent adoption of Agile principles, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and embeds a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Improve delivery predictability, planning accuracy, and execution discipline
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile, Scrum and Kanban best practices
Facilitate Agile events that are outcome-focused and efficient
Enable consistent Jira-based execution (workflows, intake, dashboards, and reporting)
Identify and remove systemic and cross-team impediments
Establish delivery metrics to improve performance visibility and decision making
Align Agile practices with business priorities and strategic initiatives
Enable cross-team coordination and reduce dependencies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency
Support the launch and ongoing operation of Mosaic Pods with consistent ways of working
Qualifications / Experience
5-10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, coaching, Scrum Master, or Product Owner roles
Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams or programs
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
Proven ability to influence leadership and enable organizational change
Tools & Systems
Hands-on experience with Jira (or comparable Agile tools) including workflows, backlog management, and reporting
Experience supporting tool adoption and standardization across teams
Success Measures
Improved delivery predictability across the enterprise
Successful adoption and performance of Mosaic Pods
Reduction in cycle time and delivery bottlenecks
Improved Jira data quality and reporting visibility
Stronger alignment between teams and business priorities
