Boston, MA(3 Days Onsite) Long Term Contract Lead Agile Release Train (ART) planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment to business priorities, milestones, and dependencies. Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, risk management, and cross-team coordination to drive predictable program outcomes. Track program health, delivery metrics, and impediments, providing executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication. Asset Management Industry experience is required. As a Senior Manager Agile Program Management serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be responsible for driving Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value at scale. You will facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless execution of Agile programs. Your leadership will enable teams to align with business objectives, optimize flow, and continuously improve Agile practices. Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Agile program management, with at least 5years in a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar role. Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile methodologies. Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating PI planning. Deep understanding of Agile metrics, flow optimization, and value stream management. Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with C-level executives. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent Agile certifications preferred. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
