Agile Coach#26-05202 Chandler, AZ 40% Remote Contract Starts 6/09/2025 Ends 6/05/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This role is focused on serving the needs of one or more Scrum teams to drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate will optimize the flow of stories, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach teams on Agile principles within a Scaled Agile model to empower them to be self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.

Responsibilities:

Optimize the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams Focus on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage dependencies for the team, and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress Enable continuous improvement within the team Ensure impediments are resolved quickly and the team follows their agreed-to processes Foster a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team Coach the Agile mindset and principles, empowering the team to be self-managing

Requirements:

Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (for example, S Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, S Demos/Reviews, and S Retrospectives) In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team (for example, Pre Planning/Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs Desired skills: the team define norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforce the agreements Ensure the team has a healthy product and S backlog (in collaboration with the PO) Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the team Promote and facilitatemunication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Smitments Pay range: $85.07 - $93.07 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
