Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization's innovative culture.

$70/hr on W2 What's the Job? Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures Execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business outcomes Continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including intake, demand management, and prioritization support Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to visualize value realization, delivery performance, and strategic progress What's Needed? 5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or related disciplines Proficiency with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and enterprise tools like Clarity, Rally, or Jira Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training What's in it for me?
