Job Description

Senior Agile Coach On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Agile Coach - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at one of our client's offices.
Office Locations:
Austin, TX; West Lake, TX; Lone Tree, CO; and
Phoenix, AZ Job Description:
This role involves supporting and operationalizing enterprise benefits realization frameworks and improving Lean-Agile portfolio workflows. The Agile Coach will collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure value measurement processes are aligned with business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures Execute and continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows Facilitate and enable prioritization processes Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting artifacts Contribute to the design and refinement of end-to-end portfolio processes Support rollout of new portfolio practices and change management initiatives
Mandatory Skills:
5-8+ years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines Experience with Lean-Agile practices and portfolio operations Proficiency in Reporting/analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills Experience in process execution and improvement Experience with Clarity, Rally, Jira, or similar enterprise tools SAFe certification
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to benefits realization frameworks and OKR models
Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
