(DSN) is seeking a full-time Senior Agile Coach to join our team in your choice of our Peoria, IL, Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX facilities! Position Overview The Senior Agile Coach will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach delivery teams in lean Agile practices, partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work, drive continuous delivery of business value, remove impediments, reduce decision latency, and enable data-driven continuous improvement across a large, cross-functional technology organization.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile Delivery:
Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies while fostering team self-organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Coach and Enable Agile Teams:
Coach teams on Agile values, practices, and artifacts using a lean mindset to improve delivery effectiveness and adaptability. Drive Value with
Product and Stakeholders:
Partner with the Product Owner/service request manager and stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure continuous delivery of business value. R emove
Impediments and Accelerate Decisions:
Actively identify and remove blockers, reduce decision latency, and enable progress through clear communication and effective influencing.
Enable Data-Driven Improvement and Reporting:
Help teams capture and analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and support management decision-making through relevant metrics and reporting. Team Collaboration This role spans five focus areas — Cloud, DevOps, Security, Identity, and Risk — and drives collaboration across five global, cross-functional portfolio teams, an architecture team, and an automation engineering team. The Senior Agile Coach will interact with a wide range of teams, operating as an overall program manager and Agile coach across the portfolio. Work Environment This is a hybrid position based out of the Peoria, IL, Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX office (candidate's choice), with onsite work required as needed. Requirements Candidate Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required, with 10+ years of relevant experience. Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Required Technical Skills Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks). Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and data. Soft Skills Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross-functional team collaboration. Experience partnering with Product Owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders.
