What you'll do: + Lead advanced analytical modeling efforts using machine learning, statistical methods, and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems. + Oversee model assessment, validation, and tuning to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability across data sets. + Design and implement data visualization strategies to effectively communicate insights and model outcomes to stakeholders. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with strategic goals. + Guide and mentor team members on best practices in feature engineering, coding, testing, and deployment of data science solutions. + Drive continuous improvement by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance model performance and business impact.
