THE ROLE
As a Sr. Manager, AI Storage Solutions you will help shape AMD's nextgeneration Data Center AI infrastructure solutions. You will serve as a product management subjectmatter expert, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams. As part of AMD's Data Center Solutions Product Management team, you will bring structure and execution discipline to a complex and rapidly evolving landscape. This is a hybrid work opportunity and an individual contributor role (not people management), based in Austin TX or Santa Clara CA with potential for Seattle WA as well, and relocation may be available for an exceptional alignment of background and preferred experience.
THE PERSON
You bring deep experience across storage and broad experience across data center GPUs, memory, CPUs, networking, and AI workloads, along with strong communication and strategic thinking skills. You are selfdirected, comfortable operating through ambiguity, and able to influence across organizations without direct authority.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage strategic storage solutions aligned to AMD's AI and Data Center Solutions strategy
Evangelize AMD's storage technologies
Translate customer insights into clear product strategies and requirements
Lead crossfunctional initiatives
Represent AMD in standards bodies and industry forums where applicable
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in the computing industry (OEM, ODM, CSP, or Semiconductor)
Strong background in storage technologies for data centers
Familiarity with AI workloads, infrastructure, and software stacks
Experience with industry standards organizations (e.g., JEDEC, SNIA)
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives
Background in product management, systems engineering, or architecturedriven roles
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. #LI-MP2 #
