753784WD Up to 80% Manager Apply now Save Description The Opportunity As a Healthcare Provider Back Office Consulting- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for our healthcare provider clients in their Back Office functions including but not limited to Human Capital, Supply Chain, Finance Reporting and Grants .
- Analyzing healthcare provider client needs to develop tailored operational strategies for improved efficiency within the back office functions including but not limited to Human Capital, Supply Chain, Finance, Reporting, Grants
- Leading teams in the execution of business transformation initiatives within healthcare operations
- Guiding the implementation of process optimization and operational excellence frameworks
- Utilizing business data analytics to drive insights and enhance operational performance
- Overseeing project resource management to align with client expectations and timelines
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement to support change management and process improvement
- Developing and maintaining service delivery models to enhance client satisfaction
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in operations consulting
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with clients and team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience within a consulting or professional services environment What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
