St. Helena, CA

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager who can connect the dots across sales, finance, inventory, and operations
  • then turn those insights into action.
You will own the tools, dashboards, and performance measures leaders rely on every day. Just as important, you will help people feel confident using data by making complex information clear, relevant, and useful. What you will own Shape the analytics roadmap and focus the work on the questions that matter most to the business. Build dashboards and reporting that bring sales, revenue, margin, pricing, inventory, customer behavior, and operations into focus. Partner with teams across the company to define meaningful performance measures and turn business needs into smart analytical solutions. Connect and reconcile data from multiple systems so leaders can work from consistent, trusted information. Lead forecasting, customer segmentation, trend analysis, and scenario modeling for planning, pricing, promotions, and resource decisions. Spot performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities early
  • and communicate what the business should do next.
Improve data quality, documentation, governance, security, and access while protecting confidential information. Automate manual reporting and create scalable workflows that give teams more time to focus on high-value work. Guide analytics projects from idea to adoption and help teams build confidence using data in their day-to-day decisions.   • Dashboards are intuitive, useful, and actively used to guide decisions.
  • Analysis leads to measurable improvements in revenue, efficiency, planning, or risk reduction.
  • Recurring data issues and manual reporting effort decrease over time. What you bring A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field
  • or equivalent relevant experience.
Five or more years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related discipline. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Business Central relational data, and business systems such as CRM, ERP, finance, e-commerce, or hospitality platforms. Experience with distributor set-up and reporting systems such as VIP, Compass, Diver, IDig The judgment to question assumptions, catch inconsistencies, find patterns, and translate complex findings into practical recommendations. Strong project leadership and communication skills, including the ability to make data understandable to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Experience in wine, consumer products, hospitality, retail, or multi-channel sales is a plus. A valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and current auto insurance are required.
