ETL Informatica Lead with Microsoft Fabric Massachusetts, Worcester 09/14/2026 Contract Active

Job Summary

The ETL Informatica Lead will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale data warehouse and analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on Enterprise Data Warehouse modernization, cloud data platforms, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Purview. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, partner closely with customers on Fabric and Purview integration and implementation, and lead a team of 10-20 associates. The position requires strong expertise in Informatica ETL, Azure cloud-based data platforms, modern data architectures, data governance, and end-to-end delivery, along with the ability to participate in strategic client discussions, proposals, estimations, and presentations. This is a hybrid role requiring the team to work onsite two days per week. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives from project initiation through closure.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale data warehouse modernization and analytics initiatives.
  • Lead a team of 10-20 associates and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with customers on Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview integration and implementation.
  • Participate in the implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, and Power BI.
  • Leverage Fabric and Purview implementation experience to lead delivery across the engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to identify and resolve project and operational issues related to Data Governance and Management.
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and ad hoc customer communications and participate in strategic discussions.
  • Manage project issues, risks, scope, resources, and delivery activities.
  • Support modern data platform implementations involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.
  • Apply strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
  • Support data governance, cataloging, and compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview.
  • Apply knowledge of Azure data services and BI ecosystems, including Power BI.
  • Draft proposals, provide effort estimations, and participate in client presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions for existing and proposed data platform and governance initiatives.
  • Maintain delivery focus while adapting to project requirements and learning new technologies as needed. Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
  • 5+ years of technical lead experience on large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience with Informatica ETL.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud-based data platform projects.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures, including Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong issue management, risk management, scope management, and resource management skills.
  • Strong customer communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Insurance domain.
