We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Data Analytics Manager located in the Washington, D.C. area.

What youll do:

The Mid-Level Data Analytics Manager will provide data analytics support to PAE Maritime/SEA 21, the U.S. Navy's program office for Surface Ship Modernization and Sustainment.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily analytical and program management support to senior level executives.

Oversee event preparation and correspondence for key industry events, support change and transformation efforts for large programs, and coordinate responses to specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.

Provide statistical analysis as required and ad hoc reporting to senior officials as required, as well as leading small and medium sized projects as required.

Plan internal and external engagements, including meetings, conferences, and events.

Assist in the development of briefing material and drafting documents in accordance with Navy Correspondence Manual guidelines.

Coordinate, monitor, and execute data calls to gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders. Consolidate and communicate information from data calls to government leadership for further action.

Evaluate operational deficiencies, recommend improvements, and coordinate their implementationTranscribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action itemsAssist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customer, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodationsAttend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as requiredTravel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBCs clients. Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience providing data analytics support to U.S. Navy program officesProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointEligibility to obtain a
DOD SECRET
security clearanceBachelors degree in math, science, engineering, or related field from an institution accredited in the United StatesExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitaskStrong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clientsWhat MBC offers:
