Our client, a professional services organization, is looking for an Applications & AI Adoption Analyst to drive adoption of approved AI platforms across the business. This role is less about technical depth and more about presence — you'll be running regular training sessions for rooms of 10-15 professionals, so your ability to prepare, engage, and deliver real value in every session is what makes this role a success. Compensation :
$90-100K based on experience What You'll Be Doing Run group training sessions (10-15+ attendees) on approved AI tools and core applications Coach and support professionals one-on-one and in groups Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and sample workflows Provide day-to-day support for core applications and troubleshoot issues Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Monitor adoption trends and report on usage and training needs Travel to other office locations roughly every two weeks for in-person sessions What You'll Need to be Considered Strong presentation and facilitation skills with proven ability to run effective group training Professional presence and ability to build trust across a professional audience Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language Willing and able to travel to other office locations at least monthly (roughly biweekly) Background as a "super user" with strong software aptitude and interest in AI tools (preferred) INDIT
