Step into a high-impact, hands-on position as a Forward-Deployed Data & AI Engineer, where you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to accelerate the delivery of AI, analytics, and Databricks-powered solutions, taking ownership of projects from ideation to deployment. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders to advance Databricks-based initiatives and drive project success.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust data and AI/ML applications, ensuring production readiness.
• Enhance existing Databricks applications and AI-enabled tools, optimizing data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) capabilities and support seamless data integration across enterprise sources.
• Translate high-level business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
• Implement and uphold data management and governance best practices to enable future AI adoption.
• Prioritize and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve scalability, maintainability, and sustainability across the data ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering tasks.
• Proven track record in building and deploying data, AI/ML, and generative AI applications.
• Skilled in application development, deployment, and enterprise data integration.
• Deep familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise data environments.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while engaging collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership in driving projects to completion within complex technical landscapes.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced experience with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data pipeline optimization.
• Exposure to enterprise data governance strategies and cloud-based data solutions.
• Experience in developing and scaling API integrations.
