Job Description
Founding Engineer at Yolex Labs Founding Engineer at Yolex Labs in Vineburg, California Posted in 1 day ago.
Type:
full-time Company Description Yolex Labs is building an intelligence ecosystem that embeds forward-deployed engineers directly into partner organizations to solve real operational problems rather than simply delivering dashboards. Its product Candoor conducts intelligence reviews through proprietary systems across organizations, capturing candid insights that traditional surveys miss while focusing on problems instead of individuals; it is already being tested within Fortune 500 companies. Storm simulates real roles to show what people actually do, generating a live capability map that reveals who is ready for AI, who can move into different roles, and how to restructure by aligning people with meaningful work. Yolex Labs collaborates with researchers from Boston University, Indiana University, and IIT Kanpur, and is intentionally running its products in beta with a limited number of customers to refine and scale the ecosystem thoughtfully. Role Description As a Founding Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, building, and scaling Yolex Labs' intelligence ecosystem and core products, including Candoor and Storm. You will own end-to-end development of production systems: shaping architecture, implementing features, integrating AI-driven components, and ensuring reliability, security, and performance. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely with the founders, research partners, and pilot customers to translate complex organizational problems into robust technical solutions, iterate on product experiments, and refine simulations and interview pipelines. You will also establish engineering best practices, contribute to hiring and mentorship as the team grows, and help define the technical roadmap and culture of the company. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
