Job Duties and Responsibilities Digital media operations require continuous alignment between emerging artificial intelligence capabilities and core business goals. This role addresses operational bottlenecks, technical workflow stalls, and gaps in executive reporting by embedding AI solutions across departments. Through strategic translation and rapid prototyping, the position transforms technical capabilities into measurable operational performance and ROI. What Success Looks Like Partner with business unit leaders to define AI strategies, establish hard KPIs, and deliver Executive Business Reviews that govern ROI. Collaborate with internal AI subject matter experts to develop and launch rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using tools like Google AI Studio. Navigate technical processes across systems like Jira and ServiceNow to eliminate operational obstacles between IT engineering, AI factories, and business departments. Enforce data integrity across systems of record and automated workflows to maintain reliable executive reporting and accurate sources of truth. Clear technical and operational barriers for senior non-technical stakeholders to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and functional transformation. Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies Deep AI literacy in prompt engineering, LLM behaviors, and generative AI platforms to bridge complex technical solutions with business strategy. Critical experience in information technology with a record of driving cross-functional technology and operations initiatives. Advanced expertise in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory landscapes to secure proprietary enterprise data across automated workflows. Consultative relationship management expertise capable of persuading, educating, and guiding non-technical senior leadership through technological change. Independent problem-solving and strategic execution skills to anticipate operational requirements, interpret data, and translate metrics into clear decisions. Additional Qualifications Experience within digital media operations, including Linear TV, OTT/streaming, digital content, or subscriber experience. Industry AI certifications from providers such as Google, AWS, Anthropic/Claude, Glean, or Databricks.
