We are looking for a visionary Senior Lead Product Builder to operate as a Technical Founder, using AI as a force multiplier to bridge the gap between complex problems and production-ready solutions at lightning speed. The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
What Makes This Role Great:
You will be at the absolute tip of the spear of the industry, moving away from manual execution to lead a high-velocity Product Pod where you operate with the autonomy of a founder and the resources of a global technology leader. Key Exciting Responsibilities Lead the technical vision for your pod, shifting focus from volume of code to high-level business value delivery. Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate delivery by 30-40% through expert intent definition and prompt refinement. Design and implement responsive frontend components and robust backend logic that exceed performance and accessibility baselines. Partner with Product Definers to rapidly iterate on MVPs, using data-driven insights to refine solutions for real-world impact. Drive architectural excellence by conducting technical feasibility scans early in the cycle to ensure modular and scalable system designs. Essential Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems from end-to-end. Full-stack proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks such as Python, React, and AWS/Azure. Mastery of AI programming tools and methodologies, including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI. Strong systems thinking with the ability to design modular architectures and understand complex software interdependencies. Bonus Points For Experience in a "Technical Founder" or lead role within an entrepreneurial or startup environment. Active involvement in the AI community or personal side projects involving agent orchestration. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead self-directed execution in async-first environments.

Compensation:
Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
