Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that power customer intelligence, personalization, recommendation engines, and advanced AI capabilities. This role will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and MLOps teams to build production-ready models that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
  • Develop recommendation engines, personalization solutions, customer segmentation models, churn prediction models, and predictive analytics capabilities
  • Build scalable real-time inference and prediction services
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to develop ML-ready datasets and feature pipelines
  • Collaborate with MLOps teams to operationalize, monitor, and maintain machine learning models
  • Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous optimization
  • Support Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and promote machine learning best practices across the organization
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Equivalent experience considered
  • 7+ years of Machine Learning Engineering, Applied AI, or Data Science experience
  • Experience delivering production-scale machine learning solutions
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Expertise with Databricks and MLflow
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks
  • Experience building recommendation systems, personalization engines, and predictive analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps concepts
  • Experience developing real-time inference architectures
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams
Preferred:
  • Customer 360 or customer intelligence platform experience
  • Identity Graph experience
  • Snowflake experience
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions
  • Hospitality, gaming, retail, loyalty, or consumer-facing digital experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
