Job Description Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer for one of our clients.

This person will:

Build AI-powered features for the web and mobile experiences. Design and develop AI agents, copilots, RAG applications, and workflow automations. Develop across the full stack including UI, APIs, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. Partner with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Security teams to bring AI products to production. Prototype new AI use cases and recommend future product capabilities. Lead technical direction and mentor engineers on AI engineering best practices. Extend and enhance existing production AI platforms and customer-facing AI experiences. Experience building customer-facing AI products used by end users. Experience taking AI solutions from concept through production deployment. Experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering. Full-stack development experience including modern web UI development. Cloud experience in Azure, AWS, and/or Databricks. Ability to lead initiatives and influence technical direction across teams. Product-minded engineer who thinks about user experience, adoption, and business value. Recommendation engine, or personalization experience. Experience building AI features for web and mobile applications. Angular or modern frontend framework experience. Multi-agent orchestration and MCP experience. Experience improving engineering productivity through AI-assisted development tools. Startup, entrepreneurial, or "builder" mindset. Demonstrated thought leadership around AI product strategy and innovation. Prior experience serving as a technical lead or team lead.
