As a DC Hub NA AI Partnering Professional, you will serve as a dedicated Artificial Intelligence subject matter expert for business units across North America, helping stakeholders identify w AI can create measurable value and translating business needs into practical digital solutions. You will work closely with business areas, Digital Core teams, and user communities to evaluate AI opportunities, shape use cases, define requirements, and guide initiatives from concept through implementation. Your day may include consulting with stakeholders, assessing the benefits and limitations of AI technologies, coordinating technical delivery activities, and supporting broader AI upskilling across the Partnering & Support North America team. This role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on solution implementation. You will help ensure AI initiatives are aligned to business priorities, responsibly adopted, and delivered in a way that strengthens Digital Core HUB North America's value as a trusted horizontal enabler for all business functions. How You'll Make an Impact Act as the primary AI subject matter expert and consultant for business units across North America, advising stakeholders on practical AI opportunities, risks, benefits, and limitations. Partner with business areas and user groups to identify, analyze, and scope challenges that can be automated, optimized, or enhanced through AI-enabled solutions. Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI systems, tools, applications, and related digital capabilities. Manage AI-focused IT consulting and implementation initiatives from planning through delivery, including coordination of solution design, integration, testing, rollout, and adoption activities. Work independently to oversee the development, integration, or implementation of AI-based information systems, applications, data sources, platforms, hardware, software, and supporting services. Support Digital Core HUB North America by building trust with stakeholders, strengthening customer advocacy, and ensuring AI solutions deliver consistent value across business functions. Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals, contribute to AI knowledge sharing, and support broader upskilling of the Partnering & Support North America team. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management, business leaders, individual contributors, and cross-regional teams. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Typically 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, application development, AI/ML solution delivery, or a similar technical role. Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML technologies, responsible AI practices, automation opportunities, and practical use case selection in a business environment. Strong technical foundation in areas such as Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, automation, application development, RESTful APIs, data integration, or AI platform implementation. Experience managing technical projects using structured delivery approaches, including project planning, agile methodology, change management, stakeholder coordination, and implementation governance. Ability to translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements and communicate AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong consulting, influencing, troubleshooting, requirements elicitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently on complex problems in a continuously evolving digital environment. Ability to work effectively across cultures and regions, understanding diverse business needs across North America and global Digital Core initiatives.
