full-time Optomi, in partnership with a leading global technology services company, is looking for a Senior Lead Creative Technologist to join their team in the Palm Beach, FL area.

Position Summary:

This role is ideal for a design-led technologist who combines strong human-centered design experience with hands-on expertise in emerging technology and AI. The candidate will lead complex design and innovation initiatives, rapidly prototype solutions, evaluate technical feasibility, and bring cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders together around a shared vision. They should be comfortable using tools such as Claude/Claude Code, building AI agents, and working with MCP servers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can challenge the status quo, make decisions, communicate design and technology choices clearly, and move ideas from concept through testing and delivery. Drive human-centered design from discovery through prototyping, user testing, and delivery while serving as a hands-on technical and creative leader. Leverage emerging technologies and AI to rapidly prototype and test new concepts, including building AI agents using Claude/Claude Code and MCP-connected technologies. Evaluate technical feasibility and communicate design and technology decisions to stakeholders, helping teams move from ideas to actionable solutions. Bring design, engineering, data, strategy, and business teams together around a shared vision while building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Mentor interdisciplinary teams, encourage experimentation, and consider ethical implications when developing AI and data-driven solutions.
