Job Description
Staff Research Engineer, Gemini Audio, DeepMind _corporate_fare_ DeepMind _place_ New York, NY, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA; +2 more; +1 more _info_outline_ . Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). + 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. + Experience in different stages of model development. + Experience with audio processing such as, but not limited to speech generation or speech recognition, or text to speech.

- Responsibilities
- + Develop new audio capabilities or improve existing ones during different stages of model development that could include pretraining or post-training.
