Generative AI Software Engineer - 6+ month contract to hire Join our Research & Development Technology team as we design cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for next-generation systems in a collaborative, innovative environment. You'll focus on Generative AI and advanced software for safety-critical, high-impact technology projects. This position is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (local candidates and those that wish to relocate will be considered).

fundamentals, and deploying AI-powered applications (professionally or personally). Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks (such as LangChain, Haystack). Ability to develop complex systems and collaborate across teams.
