Job Description Our client is looking for an AI Solutions resource who will be responsible for working with various physical hotel property management teams to build, test, and deploy AI solutions to help improve hotel operations and business productivity. They will be working with property management and various stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions using ChatGPT, OpenAI technologies, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and AI workflow automation tools. This person will also support the ongoing optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI products used by hotel colleagues and corporate teams. •  Hands-on experience building AI solutions utilizing ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, or Microsoft Copilot - professionally or at the college level.
•  Experience building, testing, refining, and deploying AI workflows, agents, automations, and prompt-based applications - professionally or at the college level.
•  Ability to translate business ideas into functional AI solutions.
•  Ability to gather business requirements and make AI solution recommendations for multiple use cases/projects at a time.
•  Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical partners.
•  BA or relevant professional experience.
•  Hospitality industry experience, particularly supporting hotel operations, spa operations, commercial services, events, or sales.
