Required Qualifications Design, build, and deploy proof-of-concept and production-ready Generative AI solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud-native technologies. Evaluate, prototype, and validate emerging Generative AI platforms, tools, and vendors to determine their applicability and value for relevant use cases. Develop AI-enabled applications and workflows utilizing large language models, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, document intelligence, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and cloud services. Rapidly transform business ideas into working software solutions through prototypes and technical experiments to demonstrate feasibility. Collaborate with business teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, customer service, operational efficiency, or risk management. Provide technical input and documentation for governance, risk, compliance, model review, and technology approval processes for AI initiatives. Assist project teams in preparing governance documentation, articulating technical approaches, risks, controls, and implementation considerations. Conduct research on industry trends, vendor capabilities, and emerging developments in Generative AI, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership. Design and implement integrations between AI platforms, enterprise systems, and cloud services. Promote engineering standards, reusable development patterns, and best practices for AI solutions. Write clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code independently. Create technical documentation, reference architectures, implementation guidance, presentations, and demonstration materials to facilitate solution adoption and knowledge sharing. Present prototypes, findings, recommendations, and roadmaps to stakeholders and senior management. Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of GenAI solutions in production. Maintain awareness of regulatory, governance, security, and risk management considerations related to GenAI, and incorporate appropriate controls into designs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering developing web-based or distributed applications. Proven experience building software solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and cloud services. Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, large language models, and AI-enabled applications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity and rapidly learn new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive solutions from concept to implementation.
