Cornerstone OnDemand AI Engineer - United States Boston, MA Apply We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer - AI to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity for those early in their career to gain experience with AI and machine learning in a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and learn how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI solutions enhance the workplace. In this role you will… Assist in the development and testing of advanced AI-driven features within Cornerstone's Workforce Agility products including AI-Native products using Generative AI, Agentic Frameworks Work closely with senior team members on projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI. Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for machine learning model training and evaluation. Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face under supervision. Write clean, well-documented code using Python and related libraries with guidance. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos. Stay curious and open to researching new AI tools and practices. You've got what it takes if you have… Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field. 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning concepts and Java/Python programming. Interest in LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems. Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
