Job Description

Minimum 10 hours per week and 2-hour work blocks Flexible scheduling around class commitments Fall and Spring Semester Opportunities available Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for AI driven improvements. Help design and test AI agents, automation workflows, and productivity tools. Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to understand operational needs. Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and best practices. Assist with prompt engineering, workflow design, and solution testing. Help document AI projects, business requirements, and implementation plans. Support user training and AI adoption initiatives. Participate in developing and maintaining AI governance and security documentation. Monitor performance and reliability of deployed AI tools. Create reports summarizing project outcomes and recommendations. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Ability to work in blocks of at least 2 hours at a time. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms. Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Power Platform, SQL, or data analytics tools. Previous project experience involving AI, automation, or machine learning. Interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
