Release Train Engineer Sr. (like a scrum Master with AI skills )
Introduction:
As an AI Release Train Engineer Sr., you will lead Agile transformation and ensure the successful execution of one or more value streams (Release Trains) to support the delivery of strategic technology products. This role involves a hybrid of Agile leadership and program management to help software development teams build and deliver solutions more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile transformation and execution of value streams (Release Trains)
  • Facilitate planning, prioritization, and delivery of software development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
  • Provide guidance and support to software development teams to ensure project success
Requirements:
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
  • At least 8 years of risk assessment experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience in software development
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in AI technologies
