Key Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Public Trust Suitability clearance Master's degree + 5 years, Bachelor's degree + 7 years, or equivalent relevant experience Strong experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, NLTK, and spaCy Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing and machine learning techniques Experience developing NLP pipelines for text processing, classification, extraction, and analysis Experience with large language models and Generative AI Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and document retrieval Experience developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions Experience working with structured and unstructured data Strong data analysis, data preprocessing, and model evaluation skills Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML services Strong Python-based application and API development experience Experience with Jupyter notebooks, data visualization, and model experimentation Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

Experience with federal government or public-sector projects Experience with Azure Open

AI, AWS AI/ML
