Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years managing technology initiatives or enterprise software projects. Experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude. Understanding of AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Public-sector experience preferred. Preferred Skills AI governance; licensing and vendor management; change management; training and facilitation; Agile/PMP. Six-Month Success Measures Structured AI pilots; enterprise AI inventory; standardized governance; token and licensing strategy; active Communities of Practice; executive reporting on AI impact; and documented efficiency gains and cost savings.
