Job Description

We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the design of intelligent, enterprise-grade applications in Edina, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a senior technical expert who pairs strong software architecture skills with practical experience applying AI tools to solve business challenges. You will shape technical strategy, create scalable application frameworks, and guide engineering teams through complex development decisions while remaining hands-on in delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Define architecture patterns and technical standards for AI-enabled applications that support long-term scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Design and deliver software solutions using Python and related technologies to address complex business and engineering needs.
  • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted development tools, including agentic coding platforms, to improve engineering effectiveness where they provide clear value.
  • Translate broad or evolving business objectives into actionable technical plans, system designs, and implementation approaches.
  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to influence platform direction and align architecture decisions with organizational goals.
  • Support the development of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment strategies that improve software quality and release efficiency.
  • Lead architectural decisions involving cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, APIs, and modern application integration patterns.
  • Mentor developers through technical guidance, design reviews, and hands-on collaboration to strengthen engineering execution.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, operational stability, and sustainability in mind, particularly in structured or regulated environments.
