New Jersey Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Python & AI Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development , a solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts , and practical experience delivering production-grade applications in enterprise environments . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using Python . Build, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models . Develop data processing pipelines , perform feature engineering, and optimize model performance. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions. Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices . Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, and retraining strategies for production environments. Develop reliable and scalable AI/ML solutions following software engineering best practices. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application and model-related issues in production.
