Cyber AI Lead Specialty Software Engineer#26-03324 ISELIN, NJ On-site Contract Starts 4/02/2026 Ends 4/01/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Cyber AI Lead Specialty Software Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Iselin, NJ; Charlotte, NC; Las Colinas, TX; Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN or Columbus, OH. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI applications. The ideal candidate will leverage Enterprise APIs, LLMs, and agent frameworks, collaborating with enterprise teams to integrate these models with existing products and systems using technologies such as Java, Python, OpenShift, and GCP.

Responsibilities:

Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs, LLM's, agent frameworks, and other related technologies Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems Develop and maintain large scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM second agentic frameworks and this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones Troubleshoot and resolveplex technical issues related to applications and models Assist other individuals in advanced software development

Requirements:

5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of experience in software development 4+ years of experience in Python, Java, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies 3+ years of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing orputer vision Desired skills: Knowledge of Chatbots, Transformer models, SWE-Bench is preferred Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK Exposure to DevOps and testing best practices Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolveplex technical issues Strong collaboration andmunication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field Pay range: $90.00 - $103.00 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
