CRM & AI
Automation Engineer to own and expand the technology that powers our sales organization. This is not a traditional IT support role and it's not simply a Salesforce Administrator position. We are looking for someone who can understand a business problem, design the technical solution, build it, integrate it with our existing systems, and troubleshoot it when something goes wrong. What You'll Own You will be responsible for the technology and automation layer supporting our sales operation, with Salesforce at the center of the ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate has experience with several of the following: Salesforce development and/or advanced Salesforce administration Salesforce Flow Apex REST APIs Webhooks OAuth and API authentication JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python SQL and database fundamentals AI/LLM APIs Building AI agents or AI-powered internal applications OpenAI API or similar LLM platforms Twilio or other SMS/voice platforms Zapier, Make, n8n or similar automation platforms Git/version control Integrating multiple SaaS platforms into a CRM Experience working with a sales-driven organization, fintech company, lending company, call center, or high-volume lead environment is a major plus. The Person We're Looking For You should be someone who enjoys being given a business problem such as: "We're receiving thousands of leads and want AI to contact, qualify, route, and follow up with them automatically while keeping everything synchronized with Salesforce." And instead of simply recommending software, you can figure out how to actually build it. We're looking for someone who: Is highly technical but understands business operations Can independently research and solve problems Enjoys building systems and automations Can troubleshoot problems across multiple platforms Thinks about scalability and reliability Can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members Is comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea through deployment Moves quickly and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Your job is ultimately to make our technology work harder for our people. That means fewer manual processes, better data, faster lead response times, more reliable integrations, smarter AI tools, and a sales organization that can scale without adding unnecessary operational complexity. You'll have significant freedom to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and build technology that has a measurable impact on the business.
