Do you want to work directly with a founder to build a next-generation, AI-first platform—without starting from scratch? We're building a people analytics system that helps CEOs actually understand, hire, and lead their teams—and we're not doing it the old SaaS way. What you'll do: Take an existing platform and rapidly improve it Translate the founder's ideas into product Own what gets built (and what doesn't) Embed AI into the core experience (not bolt it on) Design for both users and AI agents interacting with the system Direct existing developers and future resources Use AI to accelerate development and reduce cost Drive fast execution (Now / Next / Later—not slow roadmaps) Who you are: Strategic, macro thinker Strong product instincts Technically capable, but not just a coder Understand modern AI-first development (LLMs, agents, etc.) Comfortable stepping into an existing system and making it better Willing to challenge ideas and push for better outcomes This is not for: Pure engineers who just want tickets People who need heavy structure or slow timelines Anyone thinking in outdated development models If you want to build something meaningful, move fast, and take ownership of a product that's already in motion—this is that role.
