Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Lyzr, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in AI architecture, agent and copilot development, intelligent automation, governance, security, and compliance. This role will establish enterprise AI architecture standards and reference models while guiding development teams and stakeholders through the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Lead the development of AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr.
- Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering security, compliance, responsible AI, and enterprise standards.
- Define AI architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical guidelines.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, reference models, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout AI solution implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Guide teams on secure and compliant implementation of AI and GenAI capabilities.
- Evaluate AI technologies and architectural approaches to support enterprise AI adoption.
- Ensure AI solutions align with organizational security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI requirements. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall technology experience.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/Generative AI architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure OpenAI.
- Hands-on expertise with Lyzr.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience establishing AI architecture standards and reference models.
- Strong technical documentation and solution architecture skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI and automation platforms.
- Experience developing and governing AI agents and copilots.
- Experience integrating Microsoft AI technologies with enterprise applications and workflows.
- Experience establishing enterprise AI governance and security standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
