AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

Model Development:

Designing, training, and testing machine learning (ML) and deep learning algorithms.

Gen AI & LLMs:

Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing prompt engineering strategies.

Production Deployment:

Deploying models into scalable, production-grade applications using MLOps practices.

Data Engineering:

Preparing, cleaning, and managing data, including feature engineering and working with vector databases.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitoring model performance, latency, and drift, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration:

Working with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications Programming:

Proficiency in Python, Java, or R.

Frameworks:

Deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Py Torch, or Hugging Face.

Cloud Platforms:

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Services.

Mathematics:

Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms.

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Common Qualifications Experience with NLP techniques and speech applications. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 5-7+ years of experience in ML or software development.
