We're seeking a future team member for the role of Decision Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide decision intelligence and support to the Engineering Excellence Lead for Corporate Engineering by translating strategy into measurable execution outcomes. Drive engineering excellence and delivery performance across Corporate Engineering Hubs and Corporate Activity Teams through adoption of standards, tooling, metrics, insights, training, communication, and governance. Convert comprehensive engineering data—portfolio, headcount, financial, and execution signals—into clear insights and narratives for senior leaders. Enable AI-accelerated workflows that automate insight generation while ensuring human judgment and context guide executive decisions. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, engineering operations, finance, strategy, consulting, or related fields. Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in analytics, engineering operations, finance, strategy, consulting, or rotational programs. High learning agility and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Strong skills in data synthesis, executive communication, and AI-enabled decision support.
