Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global interactive entertainment company that inspires people worldwide to create together and fosters one of the most active and passionate player communities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making, directly impacting how our interactive entertainment platform engages with its vast audience. Your work will transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative data products, significantly enhancing our performance marketing programs and contributing to the continued success and growth of a beloved entertainment experience. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Player and Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building robust pipelines, crafting sophisticated data models, and developing innovative data products that drive impactful outcomes. You will focus on scaling and maturing performance marketing capabilities within the studio, contributing to a broader initiative aimed at expanding and optimizing marketing data and insights. This position offers a unique chance to combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs, ensuring that security, data quality, reliability, and usability are paramount in delivering solutions that empower stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Build subject matter expertise across our business and data domains, collaborating closely with data consumers and stakeholders to understand their information needs and facilitate data access.
Qualifications You'll Bring:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, data analyst, or related software development work; OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, data analyst, or related software development work; OR equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- A critical thinker and problem solver with a creative and open mindset.
Compensation:
- The target hiring compensation range for this role is $115-120 Hourly, with openness to $132.87 Hourly for candidates who demonstrate strong senior-level experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
