Competitive hourly rate based on experience About Transformativ Transformativ is an AI-first consulting firm specializing in business transformation through Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and autonomous multi-agent systems. We partner with private equity firms and mid-market enterprises to redesign business processes, eliminate manual work, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Why This Role Is Different This is not a traditional software engineering role. We are looking for engineers who have built real-world AI solutions that automate business processes using modern LLMs, autonomous agents, and enterprise integrations. You will work directly with executives and client teams to architect, build, and deploy AI systems into production. Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy production-ready Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Build enterprise AI applications using Python, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or comparable orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Work directly with business leaders to translate operational challenges into AI solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor other engineers when appropriate.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions. Required Qualifications
- Professional experience building production AI applications.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
- Experience with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, or AI orchestration.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and business audiences. Preferred Experience
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, or private equity.
- AI governance, security, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Technical leadership or consulting experience.
