This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to use modern AI-enabled development workflows to build real products fast. You will work directly with leadership to turn product ideas, wireframes, and feature priorities into functional applications across web and mobile. We are looking for a true builder: someone who can move quickly, think clearly, and ship polished software without hiding behind bloated process or excessive outsourcing. What You'll Do Build and ship high-quality web and mobile applications using modern AI-assisted development workflows Translate product concepts, mockups, and strategic direction into functional software Own full-stack execution across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, authentication, and deployment Rapidly prototype new features and iterate based on feedback Improve application performance, reliability, and usability Implement core product infrastructure such as login, payments, notifications, admin tools, and third-party integrations Collaborate closely with leadership on product direction, feature prioritization, and technical decisions Collaborate closely with creative to establish a visual identity/UI-UX design for each app and carry the aesthetic across the entire app experience. Help establish a lean, modern, high-output engineering environment built for speed and quality What We're Looking For Proven experience building and shipping working software products Strong full-stack development skills Deep comfort using AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow Experience with modern frameworks and tools such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies Ability to work across the stack with minimal oversight Strong product instincts and a sharp eye for clean, intuitive user experience Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity Strong judgment, communication skills, and bias toward execution Design Fluency You do not need to be a full-time product designer, but you do need enough design fluency to build with a strong eye for execution. We will often provide the core design direction through basic Figma prototypes, brand standards, and feature concepts, but you should be able to carry that vision through into a polished, production-ready product. That includes making smart decisions around layout, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, and interaction patterns as you build, so the final result feels cohesive, intuitive, and visually sharp rather than merely functional.
