Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to support enterprise AI initiatives by coordinating AI pilots, strengthening governance practices, driving user adoption, and ensuring responsible AI implementation across multiple business units. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on program management to maximize the value of AI technologies while maintaining compliance, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
AI Program Management Coordinate and manage AI pilot initiatives across departments. Define pilot objectives, success criteria, KPIs, and outcome measurements. Track progress, evaluate results, and recommend scaling opportunities. Identify and promote high-value AI use cases that improve efficiency and productivity. AI Governance & Risk Management Maintain and enhance the organization''s AI governance framework. Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and business stakeholders to support responsible AI adoption. Develop and maintain AI policies, standards, and best practices. Monitor AI-related risks and ensure compliance with governance requirements. AI Inventory, Licensing & Vendor Management Maintain a centralized inventory of AI tools, vendors, pilots, licenses, and use cases. Manage access, licensing, token consumption, usage monitoring, and associated costs for enterprise AI platforms. Coordinate vendor engagements, demonstrations, deliverables, issue resolution, and ongoing support. Analyze AI platform utilization and recommend cost optimization strategies. Adoption, Training & Change Management Lead AI Communities of Practice and departmental AI Champion programs. Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and user support activities. Develop user guidance, best practices, and educational materials. Drive organizational awareness and adoption of AI-enabled solutions. Reporting & Value Realization Track AI adoption, utilization, costs, and business outcomes. Measure productivity improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings. Develop executive dashboards and leadership reports. Present recommendations and updates to executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience managing technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, or enterprise software projects. Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions. Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and risk management principles. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing or supporting AI governance frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise software licensing and vendor management. Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives. Training, facilitation, and community-building experience. Agile, PMP, Scrum, or related project management certifications. Public sector or highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
