What you will do We seek an AI Solution Architect to design and implement our next-generation internal systems — unifying automation, data intelligence, and compliance across all functions. Architect and execute PLAUD AI's enterprise-wide AI integration roadmap, connecting Finance, HR, Operations, and Product systems. Design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making. Lead data and systems integration, creating unified models for analytics, reporting, and automation. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases that drive measurable business outcomes. Establish AI governance and best practices for responsible and efficient adoption across global teams. Skills, qualifications and experience we look for Worked in global tech companies and tech startups for at least 5 years with relevant experiences. High familarity with global tookstack such as Glean, Rippling, Deel, Workday, Atlassion, Jira, Confluence, Notion etc. Engineering background with AI endeavours in recent years.
