Job Description:

Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Bilingual English/ Spanish AI Adoption Lead. This role is a chance to lead AI integration at a prestigious global bank in Miami with a robust presence in 15 countries and to drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. AI Adoption requires a skilled individual who possesses a strong background in change management, instructional design, and training, with a particular emphasis on AI technologies. Given the diverse clientele and workforce, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Training Development and Delivery:

• Design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive training programs focused on the effective and responsible use of AI technologies in the workplace. This includes creating engaging learning materials and adapting content to suit various learning styles.

• AI Adoption Initiatives:

• Lead and spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at promoting and enhancing AI adoption throughout the bank. This involves assessing current AI capabilities and identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

• Process Support and Automation Opportunities:

• Conduct thorough mapping of existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation. Work closely with relevant teams to implement solutions that streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

• Workshops and Training Sessions:

• Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions tailored for different departments within the bank. These sessions will focus on building AI literacy and ensuring staff are equipped to utilize AI tools effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure that AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing workflows and that they deliver tangible value to business operations.
• Advocacy for

Ethical AI Use:

• Champion the ethical implementation and use of AI within the organization. Ensure adherence to security measures and compliance regulations, actively promoting responsible AI practices.

• Metrics Tracking and Improvements:

• Develop and maintain metrics to track the utilization and impact of AI technologies across the bank. Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continually refine and enhance training materials and initiatives.

• Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of technology and its applications in a corporate setting.

• Professional Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies, specifically in leading technology adoption initiatives. Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, such as Gemini or Google Workspace, is highly desirable.

• Communication Skills:

• Exceptional ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding while fostering an inclusive learning environment.

• Training and Change Management Expertise:

• Proven track record in delivering effective training sessions and managing organizational change, demonstrating a strategic approach to overcoming resistance and engaging stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, alongside effective verbal and written communication skills that enhance collaboration and project execution.

• Organizational Skills:

• Excellent organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Supervisory Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience is necessary, showcasing leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide team members towards achieving shared goals.
